2. OUR PRODUCTS & YOUR HEALTH
Our products are natural and herbal complementary products and health supplements that support your wellness from the inside out.
Important: our products are not registered with SAHPRA (the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority). This unregistered medicine has not been evaluated by the SAHPRA for its quality, safety or intended use.
Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they don't replace medicine prescribed by your doctor. Natural products work gently and results differ from person to person.
Please read the label before use. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child.
3. WORKSHOPS, COACHING & CONTENT
Our workshops, eBooks, blogs, podcasts and coaching are for education and inspiration. They are not a replacement for medical, psychological or professional treatment.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is shown incorrectly. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
- Discount codes are given by our distributors. Only one code per order, and codes can't be exchanged for cash.
5. DELIVERY
Please see our Shipping Policy. We deliver with The Courier Guy and PUDO.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
eBooks, workshops and recordings are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, resell or upload them anywhere. Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable.
8. OUR CONTENT
Amorevolezza® is a registered trademark. All text, images, logos, videos, workshops and eBooks on this website belong to Amorevolezza and may not be used without our written permission.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
We do our best to keep all product information accurate and up to date. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or harm caused by incorrect use of our products or by not following the label and these terms.
10. PRIVACY
We look after your personal information under POPIA. Please see our Privacy Policy.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
12. LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
