Refund & Returns Policy – Amorevolezza®

We want you to love every Amorevolezza® product as much as we do! 🌿 Because our products are natural supplements that you take into your body, we keep our returns policy simple, safe and hygienic for everyone.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? NO PROBLEM, IF IT'S UNOPENED.
You may return a product for a full refund if:
- you let us know within 7 days after delivery,
- the bottle or packet is unopened, sealed and unused, and
- it is not damaged and is in its original packaging.

You'll get back the full product price plus the delivery fee you paid. You only pay the courier cost to send it back to us.

WHY WE CAN'T TAKE BACK OPENED PRODUCTS
Once a bottle or packet has been opened, we can't check that it's still safe and uncontaminated, so we can't resell it or take it back. Opened products can only be returned for a valid reason (see below).

Please remember that herbal and natural products work gently and over time, not overnight. 🌱 "It didn't work" or "I don't like it" after opening is not a valid reason for a refund.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, EXPIRED OR WRONG ITEM? WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT.
If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, expired, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover the courier costs.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
eBooks, online workshops, recordings, downloadable products and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email info@amorevolezza.co.za with your order number, the item(s) and your reason.
2. Wait for us to confirm your return.
3. Send the item to: Amorevolezza®, Ashtree street  2581, Golden Fields Estate, Centurion, 1057, using The Courier Guy or PUDO, with tracking.
4. Once we've received and checked your item, we'll refund you.

YOUR REFUND
Refunds are paid back the same way you paid (for example, to your card or bank account). They're made within 30 days of us receiving the item, and usually much sooner.
